When you submit a form on this site, we may collect:

• Your phone number, if provided
• Business information (truck count, revenue range, field software used, months behind on books)
• Your answers to diagnostic or intake questions
• Standard website usage data (pages visited, referrer, browser type, IP address) collected automatically through Vercel infrastructure

How we use your information

We use the information collected to:

• Deliver the lead magnet or resource you requested (HVAC Bookkeeping Roadmap, QBO Setup Checklist, or similar)
• Send you a quote estimate based on your setup session form inputs
• Follow up about Finity services, where you have consented by submitting a form
• Schedule calls through Calendly if you choose to book
• Track our business relationship and communications internally
• Improve our content, forms, and services over time

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a cookie consent banner. On your first visit, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies and analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (finity_cookie_consent). You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party platforms to operate this site and manage leads:

• Vercel: Hosts this website and processes all form submissions. Vercel collects standard server logs. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• HubSpot: We store lead and contact information in HubSpot CRM to manage follow-up and track our relationship with you. See HubSpot's Privacy Policy.
• Resend: We use Resend to send transactional and follow-up emails. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Upstash: We use Upstash Redis to store session data and operational records (booking confirmations, email sequence tracking). Data is stored in a secured, access-controlled environment. See Upstash's Privacy Policy.
• Calendly: Powers our booking widget. If you schedule a call, Calendly processes your name, email, and appointment details. See Calendly's Privacy Policy.
• ManyChat: If you interact with our social media accounts (Instagram) and trigger an automated keyword response, ManyChat may process your social handle and message content to deliver the requested resource. See ManyChat's Privacy Policy.

Data retention

We retain contact and form data in HubSpot for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship with you. Operational data stored in Upstash Redis (email sequence tracking, booking records) is retained for up to 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing caelin@finityfinancialgroup.com.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. California residents may also request to know what categories of personal information we have collected and with whom it has been shared. To make any request, email caelin@finityfinancialgroup.com.
